Jonathan Hendry Architects is an award-winning chartered practice based in Lincolnshire, working on projects throughout the UK. JHA prides itself on producing high quality architecture in a wide variety of genres including public, private and commercial buildings.
Since 2000, JHA have built projects in conservation areas, cultural quarters, worked on listed buildings and in areas of outstanding natural beauty.
The work of the practice has been published in several architectural and mainstream publications and has received many regional and national awards including RIBA awards and Housing Design Awards. In 2011, JHA was awarded Young Architect of the Year.
Our Ethos & Vision
Jonathan Hendry Architects believes that every successful project relies on the close collaboration between architect and client and a thorough understanding of the needs of the building users. This is achieved by consultation with the client at every stage of the project from inception through to completion.
As a practice our works is not confined to our home county of Lincolnshire, we are currently working on projects in London, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hampshire amongst other areas of United Kingdom.
We recognise the importance of delivering projects on time and on budget. We are conscious of meeting our client’s specific requirements; managing projects effectively, exceeding expectations and maintaining a high quality of service. Having worked on a number of public & community led projects, we understand the importance of sustainability, community accessibility, and economic viability.
Paragraph 84 (formerly Paragraph 55, 79 & 80)
JHA has an extensive catalogue of successful Paragraph 84 projects.
Notably our award winning scheme Kingsfield Ponds, which was recently awarded an RIBA Regional Award 2024.
Our practice has to date successfully obtained planning permission for 10 Paragraph 84 (Paragraph 80) Dwellings, with a number currently in development.
